Qualifications:

• Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with industry-standard engineering tools and practices.

    • Revising Designs: Respond to feedback by revising designs, ensuring that final outputs meet all requirements and standards.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with professionals across disciplines to ensure technical drawings accurately reflect design intentions.
    • Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
    • Document Management: Manage and maintain records of all drafts and final drawings, keeping them accessible and up-to-date.
    • Visualization and Modeling: Utilize advanced CAD software to create 3D models, enhancing understanding of designs.
    • Technical Research: Conduct research on materials, construction methods, and technical details to ensure designs are practical and sustainable.
    • Site Visits: Conduct site visits as needed to gather essential measurements and ensure alignment between construction and technical plans.

• Project Management: Oversee and manage remedial projects, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
